Quality assurance is the process of ensuring the quality, compliance, and satisfaction of your garments. At The One Trading, we have a team of experts for quality assurance who can guarantee the best quality standards for your garments. We follow these steps to ensure the best quality assurance services:

We get involved with our respective factory from the first fit sample process. We check the pattern, construction details, fabric behavior, wash requirement and do a risk analysis for each product.

We inspect the fabric for any shade, weaving issues or other irregularities, gsm and shrinkage before bulk production.

We make size set samples in each size to check general construction details, measurements, workmanship, bulk accessories and wash standard (where required). We correct any discrepancies and get the standard right.

We do trial cutting (pilot run) to set the production line. We check the size set samples again from the trial cut run.

We approve bulk cutting after ensuring the quality and accuracy of the samples.

We monitor each operation on the line at initial stages of production till the first output delivery from the line and address any issue that arises.

We check the output (sewn garments) regularly for workmanship and measurement details.

We check the print hand feel, durability, embroidery placement, color, etc. wherever required.

In case of washed or over dyed garments, we do sampling process from bulk garments to set the shade, shrinkage and appearance right.

We approve polybag and carton dimensions from the first lot of finished garments.

We do inline finishing inspection on a daily basis.

We conduct pre-final inspection before offering finished goods for 3rd party inspection.
